How long is the order processing time?
Usually, it takes 1 to 2 weeks (excluding holidays) to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
When my order has shipped, how long does it take until I receive my package?
Delivery times can take up to two weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach their destinations after it has been processed. Please note that the times displayed on the product pages are only estimates, not a guarantee and fulfillment and shipping delays out of our control can occur.
Where will my order ship from?
Please note that although we are a Canadian business, our products can ship from Canada or the United States. Since we use a on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in Canada and the United States, we unfortunately have no control over where the products are fulfilled and shipped from but in most cases (for around 80% of orders), the items will ship from the country they were ordered from. Please note that if you buy more than one product, they could ship from different locations/countries.
Will I be charged customs fees on my order?
An additional customs and tax fees can occur on orders and is the responsibility of the customer. The fees are unfortunately not in our control and are assessed by the customer's local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order is past the estimated delivery times and I still haven't received it, what should I do?
We recommend to wait a bit more. We understand delays can be frustrating but unfortunately, our estimated delivery times are just an estimate and not a guarantee. You can also contact the shipment carrier for more information on your order status.
If it has been 3 weeks (21 days) since your estimated delivery times and you still haven't received news on your shipment, please send us an email and we will gladly look into the issue.
My order is lost in the mail, what should I do?
Please double check that the order address is correct. Also, if you could verify first with the shipping carrier if the order can be located, it would be greatly appreciated.
If you still cannot retrace the package, please contact us within 3 weeks (21 days) after the estimated delivery date and we will gladly look into the issue.
My order is marked as delivered, but I still don’t have it, what should I do?
We recommend checking your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address, also asking the carrier if they have your package and stopping by your neighbors, in case the courier left the package with them.If the shipping address was incorrect and the package was sent back to us, please send us an email within 3 weeks so we can change the address.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, it is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot cover the cost of a refund or the cost of shipping the order again.
We recommend opening a claim with the carrier as they may be able to look into the issue.
I received a wrong/damaged/misprinted product, what should I do?
